You should be able to use this link to submit the request for the data:

Make sure Yahoo has a good email address for you on file to be notified when the data is ready.

I thought initially they only provided what the subscriber had uploaded, but they actually do provide all of the data for all of your groups in one zip file.

That is a warning saying there is a mix of secure (https) and insecure (http) elements.
