Yahoo login with Sidk'e configuration
I am using Sidke's beta configuration and it seems that everytime I try to visit the Yahoo groups or the newspage I get a page telling me I must hold down the Ctrl+Alt keys to be able to get to the login page ; it just keeps recycling until I hold the keys down . It happens in both IE and Opera . I tried unchecking each of the Yahoo filters one by one , but no success . Any idea's ? TIA .

That shouldn't be a problem. I have both enabled.

I don't use the login filter but I did just use it to sign-in at http://mail.yahoo.com/ .

What page causes the problem?

Hi JJoe ; thanks for coming to my help once again . The page is : http://https..login.yahoo.com/config/login? It keeps recycling , until I press Ctrl +Alt , when those items are ticked in both Opera and IE . Unchecking "Use Half-SSL" and " Use SSLeay/OpenSSL opens the login page : http://groups.yahoo.com/group/prox-list/messages normally .

Only added these :
1) Kill Excessive JS Event Handlers 2) Detect createTextRange
3) Kill anti-cache meta tags
4) URL Untangler
5) Protect: Sel. File Types
6) Yahoo: Auto login

"Yahoo: Auto Login" works for me with sidki_oob.ptron.
Load sidki_oob.ptron, enable "Yahoo: Auto Login", Half-SSL, and see...
If it still doesn't work, have you added to the Lists?

Same thing happens ; page continues to recycle until I press Ctrl+Alt . I can get the login page directly with both " Half-SSL " and "Use SSLeay/OpenSSL" enabled only if I disable Sidke's Yahoo login filter . It seems the login filter is the culprit . I hope that makes sense .

Hmmmm.
The only way I can get the cycling is to use incorrect info.

"YOUR_NICK" is the part before @yahoo.com
"YOUR_PW" I better not know. lol

RE: Yahoo login with Sidk'e configuration
if you have multiple yahoo logins, squarefree pwd mklt Pray allows firefox pwd mgr to save multiple logins.
however, you have to begin typing in your yah id to motivate ff pwd mgr to fill.

Code:
javascript:(function(){var ca,cea,cs,df,dfe,i,j,x,y;function n(i,what){return i+%22 %22+what+((i==1)?%22%22:%22s%22)}ca=cea=cs=0;df=document.forms;for(i=0;i<df.length;++i){x=df[i];dfe=x.elements;if(x.onsubmit){x.onsubmit=%22%22;++cs;}if(x.attributes[%22autocomplete%22]){x.attributes[%22autocomplete%22].value=%22on%22;++ca;}for(j=0;j<dfe.length;++j){y=dfe[j];if(y.attributes[%22autocomplete%22]){y.attributes[%22autocomplete%22].value=%22on%22;++cea;}}}alert(%22Removed autocomplete=off from %22+n(ca,%22form%22)+%22 and from %22+n(cea,%22form element%22)+%22, and removed onsubmit from %22+n(cs,%22form%22)+%22. After you type your password and submit the form, the browser will offer to remember your password.%22)})();

usage, only needed when 1st visit login page:
1 click mklt.
2 terse msg pops up (presumably telling script amendments).
3 login.
4 ff pwd mgr asks (as typical) to save info.

FWIW, i rarely use proxo's ssl option, so the mklt method works even with yahoo's brief https connection. (which may have nothing immediately to do with the login form)
