First my congrats for such an outstanding ad-blocker.

To my request:
I have BFILTER installed on my server. And thus I would have to set PROXY to all of client computers. Is there a way to have it set up without proxy so that it would work like PEERGUARDIAN does?

Is your server running some sort of Unix? If so, there is hope for you.
First, you can set up another proxy, such as Squid in transparent mode, and make it forward requests to BFilter.
Then, if you ask, I can make BFilter to support transparent proxying by itself, but you will still have to configure iptables/ipfw/ipnat to drive the traffic to BFilter.
And here we have a reason why it won't work on Windows: there is no non-commercial program that can intercept certain traffic and redirect it somewhere else.
