I don't know how I could filter out google ads and such? Is there some filter out there that could be usefull?

I think you get them only when you are logged in. This happens because BFilter doesn't support https filtering. Although it would be theoretically possible to act as an SSL proxy, it would lead to security problems. BFilter would have to accept any certificate, and your browser would always see a certificate forged by BFilter and warn you about it. That's why this functionality is not there.
