I can login to hotmail but cannot Send mail once I have composed my message. It seems that once I select New for New Message all the other message selectors have their respective scripts blocked and I can only Sign-out.

Does anyone have a Pattern entry that solves this issue?

I'm using Proxomitron v 4.5 June release and the Default.cfg

Thanks.

*Moved to the Proxomitron Program Forum*

If you are using JD5000's pack, add these entries to your Allow - Javascript.txt file:

Code:
*hotmail.msn.com*
*passport.(com|net)*

If you're using another config, try opening the Javascript or Script Killing/Disable filter, and in URL-Match, put this after whatever is there:

Code:
(^(*hotmail.msn.com*|*passport.(com|net)*))

Kye-U, I was using default.cfg that's provided when first installing proxo. I have used JD's cfg and they [all 3] seem to work very well insofar as my limited experience to-date allows me to understand. However I am attempting to learn my way through [there is so much to learn - time is expensive] and for me its really a slow and labor intensive process - mentally <_<

Anyway, thank you. The default.cfg seems to be much more restrictive and less forgiving [somewhat of an oxymoron Hail ]. JD's basic and extra [so far] has not produced and surprises whereas the default.cfg has produced some obstacles for me. With time I'll get through it and hopefully understand a lot more as the complexities become trivial [rolleyes]

I am having the hardest time getting into Hotmail with sidki's cfg as my default . I must bypass Proxo and I still have problems .

I'm using my own config and haven't yet changed any filters (though I did add and remove a few from the default config). The second fix isn't working, but everything works fine when I don't go through proxomitron. If I don't get a fix by the end of the day I'll just bypass the entire site and rely on my HOSTS file, but I'd really rather not do that.

Please be VERY SPECIFIC and tell me exactly what needs to be done, step by step, after "open the Proxomitron program". Thanks.

I'll try being nicer when you try being smarter.
