Google images "show options..."
Hi, the "show options..." link is missing in the Google images search results when proxomitron is enabled. Check 1st screen-shot below.
Also the page layout is different. With proxomitron disabled, the results are displayed in 7 columns and 3 rows (21 results in total). Since there are only 3 rows less/no vertical scrolling is required to view all the images. 1. screen-shot: With proxomitron enabled, the results are displayed in 4 columns and 5 rows (20 results in total). The columns are also wide apart. 2. screen-shot: I'm not entirely sure about this but the search results may be displayed differently (number of columns and rows) on different displays depending on the resolutions of the display. My LCD's display resolution is 1680x1050. I'm using NAOKO 4.5 CONFIG -- SIDKI 2009-05-24 ALPHA 4. |

RE: Google images "show options..."
Was it ever there when the set was enabled?
There are two different pages. The unfiltered page may have "&gbv=2" in the URL, is a scripted page, and is difficult to modify. The filtered probably has "&gbv=1", is easier to modify but doesn't have some of the "&gbv=2" page's features. I don't think the set is removing any features. Somebody would have to write a filter to add them. If you would rather use the scripted page. Try adding Code: images.google.com/images\? $SET(sUserFn=) to $LST(Exceptions-U). HTH |
