prox menu problems:
_http://imhonet.ru/
IE6 Maxthon2
menu icon appears slightly outside the visible area. it is site specific problem since menu works fine on other sites.
hope it is replicable.

RE: Alpha config, possibly
Yes, i see it too. That happens if a CSS rule is setting body to "position:relative", and then applies either a "top" or a "margin" rule.

If someone has an idea how to improve the respective code in proxjs-full.js, here are a few more pages exhibiting such a y-shift:
http://www.geocities.com/blokeatback/
http://www.quotationsbook.com/
http://www.petra.ac.id/

The code in question is just below:
Code:
// Adjust flyovers and Prox menu for non-statically positioned body elements
// and for styled html elements in Mozilla.

RE: Alpha config, possibly
I have stated the situation in this sticky:
http://prxbx.com/forums/showthread.php?t...9#pid13139

There have been two Log-Rare submissions for the alpha 4 config thus far.
IOW, the config project is halted. As far as i'm concerned, that's okay.

RE: Alpha config, possibly
I noticed the 4.2 Log common Nuisances filter was turned off since alpha 4. My Log-Rare.log is always empty since then so I have nothing to submit.

So we'd need a few "internautes", bravely surfing unfamiliar territories. Smile!

RE: Alpha config, possibly
There have been more log submissions lately.
That's probably good enough to convert/remove most of the test code.
I'll see if i can compile another alpha/beta version this year (and a stable one next year).

I will also check the recent posts over the next days (regarding anything relevant for a future config version).
