certs.pem ?

Hello,

I thought I would come and post here, partly because Castlecops is ... well ... you know .....

Does the certs.pem need updating at all? I don't have any specific reason to ask, except that the one I/we have from Sidki was last updated around early 2007 I think ?

If it does need updating, I've looked around on how to do it, and pretty much reached a blank in terms of me being able to do it myself.


I appreciate / assume that any update should probably go hand in hand with making sure my XP has this update installed as well ? :-

I've downloaded and think I've installed that, although I didn't get any notification or prompts after running it.
But then, what about Firefox and Thunderbird etc? Do we need to (and how?) get their certificate databases to match XP's?
