Automatic firewall and proxy seeker???
Here's something I saw yesterday on the Shell City website, it alleges to be "easy to use and has been designed with many automatic functions". Go here: Proxy Firewall. Be aware that the thing is beta, but still, it looks pretty complete, from what I've seen so far.
