All images blocked even with no filters or URL regex?

Why is it that BFilter blocks most signatures and avatars on forums, replacing them with an empty box, even if I turn off everything and empty both URL filter files?

I can't even explicitly allow images on *.imageshack.* for example. I don't get it. That's just excessive.
