I said this in my post:

"I could switch to Open DNS but they redirect also plus being in Hawaii any DNS servers on the Mainland ping at about 180-200ms, whereas, Oceanic Time Warner's here in Hawaii ping at 15ms. So, I would lose speed if I switch to any other DNS servers even Level 3's on the West Coast."

So, why do you suggest them? They also redirect and their servers are VERY SLOW for Hawaii users.

You can write a header filter to watch the Location: string in reply headers and rewrite it to google search when you find http://ww23.rr.com.
