Yes, Proxomitron Reborn handles filtering of HTTPS sites. In Scott's time it was rare for sites to use HTTPS and he advised against its use, but now almost all sites are. I've been using HTTPS filtering for over a decade, first with original Proxomitron, then patched Proxomitron, and now Proxomitron Reborn; and have never had any problems with it besides the bugs in the early versions. I almost never bypass.

I use a set of filters that I built over the years, starting from Scott's initial set, but I hear sidki's filters are also popular amongst the users here.

Ultimately I'm doing this not because of the community... but because I use this myself and want to fix the things which don't work; I just thought it would be nice to share.
