Oddysey, I don't think you understood. I wasn't talking about testing the filters at Youtube.

The filter in the cfg that you posted is not Dave's posted filter. Where your filter has "watch?v=" Dave's has "embed/".

I speculated that something at your end is modifying Dave's posted filter.
Disable all your filters and load a fresh page here at TUOPF before you read Dave's post.
