Configuring Firefox for Proxomitron

Hello.

Sorry if I'm asking something overly basic, but I've looxed in the Proxomitron's help files and on a couple of web pages and can't seem to find how to configure Firefox to use the Proxomitron. I've used it off & on for years on multiple computers so I imagine the instructions must be in there somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

I had a trojan/virus issue and a technician changed the settings because it apparently interfered with him putting in some security code on something he was working on. He didn't put it back when he was done, however.

Anyway, if anyone could post a link to a page showing how to configure Firefox (&/or the latest versions of IE & Chrome for that matter), I'd be most appreciative. Or a quick set of instructions, of course.

P.S. My Proxomitron version is Naoko 4.5 (2003-6-1)
