Force proxy for select sites

Thanks a lot! it's alive . in order to be make it look more like original and a bit more consistent with the design changed slightly

In order to keep track of what's happening changed $LOG() to ($TST(volat=*.log:[12]*)$ADDLST(Log-Rare,HDR ForceProxy\tADD: \(\[\^/\]\+\+.\|\)$GET(uDom)/ \t\u)|)
