RE: youtube html5 video tag
I think it all works for me but my connection can't keep up. Pausing play allows the videos to fill the buffer but takes some of the fun out of it.

I believe enrollment is controlled by a cookie. You could have lost it.

High definition isn't always available and must be user activated. Clicking on the resolution under the video may allow you to select another definition. 360p appears to be the usual default resolution.

Full screen appears to be a combination of the full screen button under the video and the browser's full screen option. I have a wide screen that is full.

To find some HD HTML5 videos I used
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=shonen+knife&high_definition=1&webm=1
Replace "shonen+knife" with your terms.

http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=where+hell+matt&high_definition=1&webm=1

Don't forget to pick up the cookie at http://www.youtube.com/html5
or add &html5=True to the end of the video's address.

Videos made for HD look better than the converted old movies.

Have fun.
