When following above suggestion, you *are* in Standard Mode. You are just turning off some/most of the Standard Mode features.

Yes, a few Standard Mode filters mustn't be turned off. They contain "d.r" in their name and are required to keep that Mode intact. So better use *l.3&(^*d.r) as expression for the "Find:" box, which hides those required filters.

Out of the remaining visible filters you'd need for the Google cookie in the "Header Filters" window:
Set-Cookie: 4 Filter Cookie Content ... (d.2 l.3) (In)

For Popup notification you'd need in the "Web Page Filters" window:
. + Icon Notification ... (d.1 l.3)
. + Sound Notification ... (d.1 l.3)

For intercepting functions with suspicious content, which would otherwise run on certain events like left click, you'd need:
Sel. Event Handlers to Buttons ... (d.1 l.3)
. + Event Listeners ... (d.1 l.3)
