I'm reading it as saying that both the patcher and the original unpatched proxomitron may be freely distributed by anyone but you may not distribute a patched proxomitron. Everyone must individually patch his own proxomitron.

I could be wrong and will certainly defer to those who have experience with software licensing. I'm just a user who should have sent a thank-you note to Scott; that was how pleased I was with the program.
