Hi Proxo-Friends,
Please "untick" the "Client-IP" filter in JakxPack. It looks more like normal "web-traffic" if You don't use both the Client-IP and the X-Forwarded-For filters at the same time. And since it is the X-forwarded-For header that is most convincing, You might just "untick" the Client-IP filter. The Next version will not include that particular outgoing Header Filter. Best Wishes, "~JaK~"

Hi "~Proxo-Gang~",
If You are using the New "Mozilla Fire-Fox" browser You might want to add these simple filters to Your Default.configs. Most all of the Mozilla type browser include these code strings and it's a "dead give away" that You are using a Mozilla type browser. Which would be "uncool" if Your Fake U/A is something else. :o These filters will "hide" the string and might give You alittle extra speed. ![]() Quote:In = FALSE Best Wishes, "~JaK~" [smoke] |

Hey JakBeNymble, kudos to your great spoofer filter set. I am very impressed... Well, I didn't like that you had to put a folder in the root drive so I started moving things around and things spiraled from there and here is what I got:
Directory structure of zip file: Quote:JakxPackIV.cfg As you can see, I made a "Jakx" folder for your list files so people can just extract the zip into the Proxomitron folder and not worry about which files to copy where and I also substituted underscores in the names for spaces because it seemed for aesthetic than hyphens. And I also renamed the bat to "newsession.bat" and made some changes to work with the new directory structure and file name changes. newsession.bat: Quote:@ECHO OFF And the configuration file reflects the directory and file name changes (I also added the Global settings for the batch file): Quote:[Global] Well, I hope this is of use to you, but if it isn't, just disregard it.

Hi "~Proxo-Friends~",
After that I made the Post this morning, I remembered on the way to work, the reason that I move that folder and "batch file" to "C:\drive". It was because that the first bat file worked for "XP" but didn't work for Win98x because of the differences in the O/Ses the path in the bat file could not be used for all windows O/Ses. So I just moved everything to "C:\drive". So this evening I tried to use this lastest bat file, and it couldn't find the directories to over-write the txt files. So I tickered with it and looked at it, and I think the one that I've modified should work with all the Windoze O/Ses, and it should clean out the txt files reguardless of where the Folder is located, reguardless of where You have Proxo installed. At least that is my "hope". I hope that You don't mind that I changed Your bat file abit "~Seikatsu~" Quote:*See Post Below* Now I have left the ECHO ON, and added the "pause at the end inorder for those that want to move the "Jakx_Session_Only_list" and the Autoexe batch file in the "~Proxo~" Main directory. I have put mine in the "LISTS" sub-directory right beside of "~Sidki's~" Folder. And it works just fine for Me, . .I'm using "Xp" right now on this box. Now after that You test this out, and the batch file is "over-writting" the txt list, You can right click on the Batch file and change the "ECHO ON" to "ECHO OFF" to remove the text from the Dos prompt, and remove the "pause" so the window will close by it's self instead of hanging there waiting for You to hit a key before it will close. Also, here is the JakxPack default configs. You will probably want to copy and paste this to set up Proxo for these changes. Quote:[Blocklists] One thing though that I could never get the default configs to do, and that is "add" to the [Global] setting the path to the "bat" file. I always had to manually set "~Proxo~" up to run the "bat" file at start-up. Does anybody know how I can accomplish this? I would like for people to just upzip the it into the LISTS folder, Merge and be done with it. Well Please let Me know how this workz for You, . . . Take Care and Best Wishes, Love, "~JaK~" [smoke] |

Thankx For trying "~KYE-U~", . . .You know it doesn't make sense to Me, if the [headers] will merge, and the [patterns] will merge, looks like the [Global] settings should also.
Here is an updated list for the "ServerSoft" list, Quote:$CON(1,12)$SET(3=Squid/2.3.STABLE1) I'm working on updating the other lists, and when I'm finished the "Pack" should be even more convincing to the servers. Best Wishes, "~JaK~ [smoke] |

Here is the autoexe.bat file that I've come up with. My Proxo directory is in "C:\Drive" and I've named the folder ProxN45j. It's the June version of Proxo4.5. And the best place I've found to put the "bat" file is in the Proxo main directory. PLEASE DO NOT PUT IT IN THE "Jakx_Session_Only_List" sub-directory!!! I tried it and it caused a dos problem ! If Your Proxo directory is in Programs or if it has a different name You will have to edit the bat file to set the path. Let Me know if You need help on this.
Quote: @ECHO ON If the Proxo directory is in Programs and named ProxN4.5 this is what You would use, Quote: @ECHO ON I to use the "CD" (Change Directory) command to set the full path for the "bat" file. And when I didn't use the "> NUL" extension, the bat file would "add" an extra set of "Text Files" to Proxo's Main directory. Please Let Me know how it turns out & if I need to make any changes to the bat file in case it doesn't work for You. I would like to come up with a bat file that works for all Windows O/Ses. Best Wishes, "~JaK~" ![]() ****************** PS: You can edit and remove the "pause" and change the ECHO ON to ECHO OFF when You see that it's working for You. ~JaK~ |

Hi "PRoxo-Gang~",
I missed something when I was looking at the new Fire-Fox browser. There is one more thing that will ID You are using a Mozilla-Type Browser. It's the Keep-Alive Header. Here are all three filters: Quote: Have a Great & Wonderful "~EASTER~" Everyone, ~JaK~ [smoke] |

First of all, you double posted. Click the delete button on one of the posts. It's in the upper right hand corner of your post. Second, I believe Kye-U made a tutorial here on the board of how to merge filters/configs and used JakxPak as an example.
http://prxbx.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2 PS - Kye-U, if your reading this, I think you should add that tutorial to the site. {=(~::[Shea]::~)=} How 'bout you sideburns, you want some of this milk? This fading text is pretty cool, eh? I bet you wish you had some. |

Well----the reason there are two posts is because I waited two minutes for a sign that the first one had been accepted -which never came ,so I did it again-- Please --remove or ask for the second post to be removed ,.but I cant find the delete you describe or any edit sign--all i see on my post is a 'quote' at top right hand corner ,an upward pointing arrow at bottom right hand corner --etc etc etc And when I try to navigate ,its taking so long ,or i have to log in again , and frankly I am sorry for the second post but I have wasted 3 months already reading everything I can ,waiting for forum to come back on so I can check postings, deleting Proxo and reinstalling, testing this testing that ,trying this trying that ,searching for some commonsense place where files might be or clear info on how to merge ,looking for the june version etc ,I remember other people having similar problems ,but cant find those posts either- I had Jakx V3 and frankly it was the highlight of my anonymous surfing ,when combined with an anonymous proxy----- I remember having some problem getting it setup originally ,but as you know ,a lot of the posts of the past few years are either in an extinguished forum or hard to find --and there have been lots of changes and corrections and updates in files etc I also thought there was a merge bug at one time in the latest Proxo--not sure, but thats why I posted --mostly out of desparation to try to get some leads Also my green arrow ,when using JD config on advanced gives me a cant find file ,but its ok on the basic level--when i try to merge I get a -error loading block file ---i have read KyeU guide --but whats the point extracting them to a lists file and then putting them back in directory to merge when you can extract them straight to the directory Either way --it still doesnt work I know its simple when you know how --but its been a while Frankly--- I need a rest The whole Proxomitron program and the filters etc has been great fun over the years, and a great learning experience---I will just use an an anonymous proxy through Proxo if and when I need ,and the basic proxo and JD cfgs when i want and live the simple life in future Thanks to all members and founders and contributors -Its been an experience Oh ..and please dont answer this post Thank You |
