Outside of the cookie method, how can I get the Skin for this board to be by default the <span style='color:blue'>Invision Power Board</span> skin?

IMO the <span style='color:red'>default</span> for The Un-Offical Proxomitron Forum should be the <span style='color:blue'>Invision Power Board</span> Skin.
