UOPF's CGIProxy - Kye-U - Sep. 20, 2005 03:04 AM

Taking our new host's speed to our advantage, here is the CGIProxy script I installed.

http://74.53.146.215/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi

I will be customizing it over time, but just thought you would want to know Smile!

It cloaks your User-Agent. I have set it to be "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)" which is Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows XP Eyes Closed Smile

It also uses ROT-13 encryption for both URLs and Cookies.

Tomorrow, I will do a cosmetic makeover on the injection table.

Just finishing modifying some settings Smile!

Why the fake IE user-agent?

I thought it would give you a greater sense of security. I chose IE 6 since it's still used by a majority of users.

Also please note that since URLs are being cloaked, some Proxomitron filters will not work.
