The top bar in Google dot com Search results now contains a "Show options.../Hide options" toggle, which was pushing our "Thumbnails" link out of row.
Changes in attached update.
- Use CSS for "Thumbnails" positioning.
- Fix "Thumbnails" function (apparently broken for quite a while).
- Style new "Show options..." and "Related searches" boxes.
- Override text-decoration:underline for "more" and "Show options" links.
As for the CSS, i've removed a couple of special cases in favor of default styles (div, td, p, span). Please check your localized Googles.
