In order to cut down on "empty" forums and to decrease the amount of scrolling required, I've done some spring-cleaning:
-Merged Tweaking under Software/Hardware
-Merged Annoyances under Cosmetics
-Merged Proxomitron Integration and SSL Library Files under Proxomitron Program
-Deleted Garbage Can
-Renamed The Bar to "Welcome/Goodbye" and made it a child forum of Site/Forum-Related
-Made FAQs/Guides a child forum of Proxomitron Program
-Deleted the Other category and moved all subforums to the General category
