Could you set the HTTPS port to 443 and try reproducing the issue?

Hi Amy, sure. I set the HTTPS port to 443 and then visited the website in the photo I attached, which reproduced the issue. A certificate alert and firewall alert popped up at the same time requesting access out on port 0 when I arrived at the website.
