RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - leecovuk - Aug. 07, 2008 03:19 AM Great, thanks Kye-U and z12. Lee RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Guest - Aug. 07, 2008 01:51 PM The google themes doesn't work here. Does the google themes work for you? RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Kye-U - Aug. 07, 2008 10:55 PM It works fine here. Are you using Sidki 2008-01-02? Where are you importing the updated filters? RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Guest - Aug. 08, 2008 05:50 AM Yes, I am using Sidki 2008-01-02. I import the dark blue theme just below the original dark blue theme. I look at the page source, the <span id="logo"></span> is inserted but the stylesheet isn't inserted into the page. Maybe google page of my language has a little bit different structure. I may try to insert the stylesheet just before the </head>. Another question, why google themes exclude mozilla/4.[1-9] ? Does this filter work with IE6 (mozilla/4.0) ? RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Guest - Aug. 08, 2008 07:25 AM I finally found that it is because of the byte limit. I increased the byte limit to 4900, then it works now. RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - gonzo90017 - Aug. 08, 2008 08:47 PM Thank you for all your hard work. RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Kye-U - Aug. 09, 2008 03:29 PM Updated the 3 filters ![]() Thanks! RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - jp10558 - Aug. 14, 2008 07:14 PM Hmmm, with dark blue latest, I'm still seeing some blocks without the light/dark color overlay between matches. For instance, search google for "test", and the first 3 results do not alternate: test.com etc . . . RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Kye-U - Aug. 18, 2008 03:06 PM I've fixed the alternating row colour issue. Please see the other sticky for the updated filter (filter name is "Google Search: Alternate Display 7.10.30 (multi) [sd] (d.s) [un-081808]") ![]() Small note, I had to change the tag that's appended to the "unofficial" updated filters. It is now [un-MMDDYY] (the "un" stands for "unofficial"). This change was necessary as the date was getting truncated due to the filter name being too long. RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - whenever - Aug. 18, 2008 03:32 PM Just for your information, since some days ago, I have to increase the byte limit from 4800 to 4850 to make the filter work. It seems Google is always tweaking the search result output. RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Guest - Aug. 21, 2008 02:17 AM Since today google styles don't work for me anymore. The front page is still 'in style' but as soon as I search I get the normal white google style. Any advice? And btw.: thanks for keeping proxo alive with all your hard work
RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Kye-U - Aug. 21, 2008 04:10 AM Thanks for letting me know! I have updated the sticky with updated filters. RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Guest - Aug. 21, 2008 08:07 AM WOW! Now that was fast ![]() Working just great, thank you very much ![]() Regads RE: Sidki 2008-01-02 Beta Updates - Discussion - Guest - Aug. 22, 2008 06:12 AM Is it possible to unwrap the results lines? So that they flow across to fill the blank space where the removed right-hand adverts were? |
