OK, Gang;

Jak, I was thinking especially of you when I found this little gem!

Anybody up for a SHUTDOWN folder? Go here: Windows Shutdown Folder. Get an overview, and a more detailed set of instructions, here.

Couple this with your cache cleaner, index.dat cleaner, etc. No more getting a cuppa Joe when you boot up - everything was already done during your last shutdown.

Be CAUTIOUS!!!

Both versions, the trial and the lite, have "sneaky" uninstalls...
Both "attempt" to send off an e-mail upon uninstall...
Both "attempt" to create registry entries that cannot be deleted until after a reboot...
Both leave a process running after uninstall as an "attempt" to prevent you from deleting the registry key, the start menu folder that the software creates, the install directory, and a folder in "application data" for the user that installed it...


I feel VERY fortunate that I keep a watchful eye out for these "things"...

WHO KNOWS what would have happened had I rebooted before AXING all of this "stuff"...
