Does anyone have a list of "format elements" for Tclock2?

For example, my current format is "ddd, mmm d - MUPM "MB"\nm/d/yy - h:nnConfuseds tt"...

On the top line of the systray clock, it displays (as I write this), "Fri, Jun 4 - 273 MB"...
And on the bottom line, it displays, "6/4/04 - 9:42:57 PM"...

It's that 'MUPM' "format element" I am looking for...
There are other elements available, but the Tclock2 site is no more...
This may help:

There is also
@@@ Swatch Internet Time
@@@.@ Swatch Internet Time to the 1st decical place
Some cool references, but not "exactly" what I was looking for...

Tclock2 has the ability to show CPU usage, RAM usage, free RAM, and stuff like that...

For example, I use "MUPM" to show RAM usage...
Those sites do not even list MUPM...
