Hi

I have a BT Voyager wireless ADSL router which has been working fine for weeks. Today I can connect to the internet on one of my laptops but not the other. Both laptops say that the router is connected and have a signal. My broadband provider says that my broadband is still connected and aren't able to offer any more support. Why would this suddenly happen and what can I do to try to fix it?

what operating system are you running?

if you have a "network activity" icon next to your start-bar clock, can you right-click it and select "repair" in the context menu that opens?
Check if you have a firewall blocking your connections or if you modified your DNS in one of the computers...Have luck...
